During our last Maintenance Advisory Group Meeting (MAG) we talked about how to use Maintenance Direct for driving Customer Service. George Mcfall from Central Schools shared his districts’ charts and how they are using the Maintenance Backlog Report for reducing the number of Open Work Orders.

Maintenance Backlog:
1. Reports Tab
2. Work Order
3. Print Work Order Report
4. Select a Time period (Last Month)
5. Multi-Select-New Request, Work in progress, Parts on Order, on Hold, Waiting more Info, Pending, Waiting funding, deferred
6. All other codes should Include All
7. Select Summary Report 2 and change drop down box to Assigned employee.
8. Check box to start new page when sort value changes.
9. Indicate proper Month-Year for Report.
10. Print This.
11. Once printed, you can strategize with your techs on how to reduce the open Work Orders.
